Nikki Slaughter

Nikki Slaughter has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nikki currently works at Vecna Robotics as the Director of Post-Deployment Operations since August 2023. Nikki previously held roles at Balyo as a Project Manager from March 2017 to April 2020. Before that, they worked at Vaisala as an R&D Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer from January 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, Nikki worked at Second Wind, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer from June 2010 to December 2013, and as an Engineering Intern from June 2009 to August 2009. Nikki also has experience as a Junior Advisor at Tufts University from September 2008 to May 2009 and as an Activity & Content Developer at the Center for Engineering Educational Outreach (CEEO) from January 2007 to May 2009. Additionally, Nikki worked as an Engineering Intern at Textron Defense Systems from June 2008 to August 2008, and as an Engineering Intern at Second Wind, Inc. from June 2006 to August 2007.

Nikki Slaughter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University in 2010. Nikki then went on to earn a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University between 2015 and 2017. Nikki also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2015.
