Peter Lipke

Peter Lipke serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Vectair Systems since December 2020, bringing extensive leadership experience from a long tenure at Ecolab, where roles included SVP Enterprise Initiatives Europe, SVP & General Manager Europe, and VP & General Manager Latin America, among others. In various capacities at Ecolab, Peter Lipke demonstrated a strong track record in profitability improvement, organizational restructuring, and sales growth, while managing teams of up to 1,400 associates across multiple regions. Prior experience includes leading global accounts for Ecolab GmbH and managing a joint venture with Henkel. Peter Lipke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
