Jim Frankola

Jim Frankola is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Skillsoft and Ansys, as well as an Advisor at Vectara, Jim has a history of impactful governance and strategic advice, demonstrated through previous board positions at Cvent and ActivIdentity, and a strategic advisory role at Cloudera. With a significant tenure as CFO at both Ariba and Yodlee, along with a foundational background in various financial and executive positions at IBM, Jim has developed a robust skill set in finance and operations. Jim holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
