Natalia Kartika Sari Hutabarat has been working in the creative industry since 2007. Natalia Kartika Sari was a student at Bina Nusantara University from 2007 to 2011, and then freelanced as a Graphic Designer for PT. Bhisma Cakti from 2011 to 2016. In 2015, they worked as a Graphic Illustrator and Animator for webfographic, and then as a Graphic Illustrator for STOCK UNLIMITED LLC in 2014. From 2012 to 2017, Natalia worked as a Graphic Designer for alomet & Friends, and then as a Creative Designer for PT. ARX Robotik Telematika from 2016 to 2020. In 2017, they were also a Creative Designer for MULA by Galeria Jakarta. In 2020, Natalia worked as an Art Director for Eezy, and as a Creative Art Director for Vecteezy, where they managed a team of 3 and oversaw 100+ freelance illustrators for in-house content production.

Natalia Kartika Sari Hutabarat's education history includes a Bachelor of Art in Art and Design from BiNus International University from 2007 to 2012, a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Applied Arts from Northumbria University from 2011 to 2012, and a Data Analytic course from RevoU in 2022.
