Chiara L.

Chiara L. has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily in the field of events management. Chiara began their career as an Account Manager at the Toronto International Film Festival Group in 2005, where they worked until 2008. Chiara then moved on to the Ontario Science Centre, first working as a Development Associate, Corporate from 2008 to 2010, and later as the Head of Special Events from 2015 to 2017. In between these roles, they also worked at Holt Renfrew as part of the Corporate Events and Communications team from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Chiara founded their own company, CLP&Company, where they served as the CEO and Founder until 2018. During this time, they also took on the role of an Event Specialist at the Luminato Festival from 2012 to 2017. Most recently, Chiara has been working at the Vector Institute since 2018, first as an Events Manager and currently as the Director of Community Engagement and Events.

Chiara L. completed their undergraduate education from 1998 to 2002 at Bishop's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies. Chiara then pursued further studies from 2003 to 2004 at Capilano University, focusing on Arts and Entertainment Management. However, they did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
