Scott Lowe

Scott Lowe is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Vector Institute since August 2018, with prior experience in similar roles at Dalhousie University and the University of Nottingham. Scott co-founded Cortirio and served as a Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer from March 2017 to September 2017, along with a brief tenure as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Entrepreneur First. Educationally, Scott holds a Ph.D. in Neuroinformatics from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by a prior MSc in Neuroinformatics by Research and an MSci in Natural Sciences from Durham University. Additional experience includes a research assistant role at the Rochefort Lab, where Scott developed tools for calcium imaging data analysis. Earlier in Scott's career, a position as a Web Technician at Flextel involved programming and website development.
