Wellington Galleas

Wellington Galleas is a seasoned quantitative researcher currently employed at Vector Trading since June 2023. Previously, Galleas served as a portfolio analyst at Giant Steps Capital from May 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that role, Galleas held positions at esteemed institutions including ETH Zürich as a researcher and lecturer from January 2017 to May 2020 and the University of Hamburg as a postdoctoral researcher from November 2014 to December 2016. Additional experience includes postdoctoral research at Utrecht University (2012-2014), a researcher role at The University of Melbourne within the MASCOS Centre of Excellence (2011-2012), and junior scientist involvement at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics from 2008 to 2011.
