Teresa Delaney

Teresa Delaney, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at VectorCSP since September 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities and develop courses aligned with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Teresa held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at VectorCSP, focusing on Recruiting Strategy. From June 2015 to September 2018, Teresa worked as a Virtual Recruiter/Accounts Manager at NSC Technologies Inc., where a strategic approach was taken to recruit diverse talent across multiple sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist for DOD - MWR, managing HR functions for various programs at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and other government facilities. Teresa attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Old Dominion University between 2000 and 2004.
