May Finkelstein Yotvat

May Finkelstein Yotvat started their work experience in 2011 as an Intelligence Analyst at Israeli Military Intelligence, where they worked until 2015. In 2013, they joined Meitarim Lachish Institute as the Head of Alumni, responsible for establishing an Alumni Program and managing Alumni coordinators. From 2019 to 2022, May worked at Young Judaea in various roles, including Director of Special Programs and Director of Short-Term Programs Department, where they were involved in strategic planning, program establishment, and leading delegations. Currently, they are working at Vectorious Medical Technologies as a Scrum Master and R&D Project Manager.

May Finkelstein Yotvat's education history begins in 2010 when they attended the Pre-military Mechina "Meitarim-Lachish," where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following this, from 2016 to 2019, they studied at Reichman University and obtained a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy. During the same period, they also participated in the Argov Fellows Program in Leadership and Diplomacy, earning the Argov Fellow degree. Currently, May is pursuing coaching studies at the Gome-Gevim College Center for Mediation, Coaching, and Collaborations, without a specified degree.
