Swati Tamrakar

Swati Tamrakar is currently a Network Operations Center Supervisor at VectorUSA, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Network Operations Center Analyst II and Network Operations Center Analyst at the same company from August 2019 to January 2022. Before joining VectorUSA, Swati served as the Vice President of the MultiCultural Leadership Organization and the STEM Club from August 2018 to May 2019. Swati also gained experience at Newman University as a Bookstore-Student Assistant and Lead Tutor from May 2016 to May 2019. Additionally, Swati was a Secretary for the MultiCultural Leadership Organization from January 2017 to May 2018.

Swati Tamrakar completed their education in a chronological order. Swati attended St. Mary's High School from 2002 to 2012 and obtained their High School degree. From 2012 to 2014, they attended St. Xavier's College, Maitighar, where they pursued A-Levels. Later, from 2015 to 2019, Swati attended Newman University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/ Management Information Systems.

Additionally, Swati Tamrakar has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In November 2019, they achieved the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In May 2020, they completed the First Step Korean course at Yonsei University. In March 2021, they also completed the Learn to Speak Korean 1 course at the same university.

Swati has several certifications from Nokia, including the Nokia DAC Installer Certification Channel Partner, Nokia DAC Operator Overview Channel Partner, Nokia DAC Aware Channel Partner, and the Global Partner Certification 2021 Customer Service Desk Clerk. Furthermore, in January 2022, they obtained the Global Partner Program Nokia DAC Solution - Technical Support Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Nokia.
