Sandra Lemmens has been working in the field of talent acquisition since 2007. Sandra started as the Founder and Owner of The Search, a company that specializes in attracting exceptional people for fast-growing, leading industries. In 2014, they became a Talent Acquisition Consultant a.i at Philips and then a Talent Acquisition Partner a.i at MSD Nederland in 2015. In 2017, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner a.i at TNO and a Talent Acquisition Partner a.i at Philips. In 2020, they were a Talent Manager a.i at VectorY and in 2021 they were a Talent Manager a.i at TNO, Genmab, and Seuss+.

Sandra Lemmens obtained an MSc in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 1987 and 1991.
