James West is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and customer success operations. Currently serving as the Director of AMS Support at Vectra AI since August 2022, James previously held the position of Director of Technical Support & Customer Success Operations, where collaboration and accountability were prioritized. James has also contributed as a Member of the Executive Board at TSANet and held various leadership roles at Citrix, including Director of Tech Support, where responsibilities involved managing large teams, improving processes, and resolving complex customer issues.
