Taj El-khayat currently serves as the Vice President EMEA - Partner Sales and Tech Alliances at Vectra AI, where the responsibilities include leading the EMEA Partner Sales and Tech Alliances Organization while managing operations in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. With prior experience as Area Vice President for SEMEA at Vectra AI and leadership roles in Citrix, Riverbed Technology, and Juniper Networks, Taj El-khayat has consistently driven growth, operational excellence, and talent development across various regions. Additionally, Taj serves as an Executive Member of Pavilion's UAE Chapter and is an angel investor in multiple technology startups. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Hult Ashridge Executive Education, a Master's in Political Science from Rice University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
