Geraldine Venthoye

Geraldine Venthoye has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Geraldine is currently serving as the Chief Scientific Officer at Vectura Fertin Pharma since April 2022. Prior to this, they held several roles at Vectura Group, including Chief Scientific Officer and EVP Technology, Science and Innovation, and Executive Vice President Product Development. Geraldine also worked at SkyePharma, where they held various positions such as Executive Vice President and Head of Pharmaceutical Development, Vice President and Head of Pharmaceutical Development, Head of Inhalation Strategy and Technology, and Head of Inhalation & Aerosols Business Unit. Additionally, they worked as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and as a CMC leader/Senior scientist at Nektar Therapeutics.

Geraldine Venthoye obtained a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from The School of Pharmacy, University of London, from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed a B. Pharm. degree in Pharmacy from the same institution from 1988 to 1991.
