Richard Emerson-Pink is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience across various high-stakes environments. Currently serving as Senior Facilities Manager at Vectura Group since June 2022, Richard is responsible for the management of facilities infrastructure at the Chippenham site. Prior roles include Lead QA and Functional Safety Manager at the UK Health Security Agency, where responsibilities included overseeing Health, Safety, and Quality standards, and ensuring laboratory compliance with hazardous materials regulations. Richard has also held positions such as Capital Works Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager at Public Health England, Head of Operations at EMCOR Facilities Services, GMP Engineering Manager at GE Healthcare, Engineering & Facilities Manager at Bookham Technology, and Shift Instrumentation & Control Engineer at GlaxoWellcome. Richard holds an MEng in Instrumentation and Control from The Open University and is a TUV Rheinland accredited Functional Safety Engineer.
