Ravi Sachdeva is an experienced automation and EPC project leader with over 20 years of expertise in operations and maintenance, instrumentation, and automation within the non-ferrous industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operation and Maintenance for Vedanta Resources Limited, Ravi drives project management and operational excellence while overseeing process automation and machine applications. Ravi began their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Vedanta, progressively taking on roles including Instrumentation and Control Engineer, E&I Manager, and Associate Manager in Instrumentation and Projects. A graduate in Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Alwar, Ravi has developed extensive skills in plant automation, project execution, and team leadership.
