Ravi Shankar Dawn

Ravi Shankar Dawn has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as Lead E&IA for Blast Furnace 3 at Vedanta Resources Limited since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ravi held the position of Project Manager for Blast Furnace 1 at SHYAM METALICS AND ENERGY LIMITED starting in April 2021. Ravi's career includes a significant tenure as Deputy Manager E&I for Blast Furnace 2 at JSW Steel from August 2015 to April 2021, where the company produced 3.5 million tons per annum. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineer E&I in the Coke Oven division at Bengal Energy Limited from September 2009 to August 2015. Ravi Shankar Dawn holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronic and Instrumentation Engineering from Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering, awarded in 2009.
