Robert Bertels has over 25 years of work experience. Robert began their career in 1994 as a Shift Manager at Panera Bread. In 2000, they joined AT&T as an Application Coordinator and Project Manager. In this role, they coordinated efforts with application teams, managed estimates, tracked and managed issues and risks, and acted as a liaison between clients and developers. Robert also supported the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, project plans and schedules, resource management, as well as facilitation of project development, testing, deployment, and closure. In 2008, they joined Amdocs as a Project Manager, where they delivered 27 projects successfully over a six-year period, ranging from small to large (multi-million dollar) projects, through detailed timelines, delivery plans, meeting notes, and status. Finally, in 2018, they joined VedaPointe as a Contractor, Project Manager, and Technical Writer. In this role, they worked with several applications to define standard internal processes, documented client requirements and design for development teams, and managed project documents and approvals.
Robert Bertels obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fontbonne University between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from the same university between 1994 and 1998.
