Anthony Renzi

Anthony Renzi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Vedder Price since October 2022, Anthony previously held the position of Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from June 2002 to October 2022, and at Clifford Chance US LLP from January 1999 to June 2002. Anthony earned a JD, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law between 1986 and 1989, and holds a BS in Business Management from the University at Buffalo, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1986.
