Ayn Moldave

Ayn Moldave is currently working as Counsel in the Global Transportation Finance division of Vedder Price since June 2021. Previously, Ayn held positions such as Shareholder at Moldave Law Ltd. where Ayn specialized in representing owners and lessors in aircraft transactions. Ayn has also worked in high-level legal positions at ALAFCO Aviation Lease and finance company, CDB Aviation Lease Finance, and MC Aviation Partners Americas Inc. Ayn has a JD from USC Gould School of Law, an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, and a BA in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
