Andreea Baron is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer success and financial management. Currently serving as Manager of Renewals & Customer Success at Veeam Software since July 2017, Andreea oversees the renewal of customer agreements and collaborates with partners and end users to address inquiries and propose continued support. Prior experience includes roles as Senior General Ledger Accountant and Travel & Expense Analyst at Genpact, where Andreea demonstrated expertise in accounting processes, report generation, and effective client relationship management. Earlier work at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A. involved achieving sales targets and providing solutions to customer needs. Andreea holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economic Engineering from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest and completed the Sales Elite Advanced Learning Program.
