Cornelia Mihail

Cornelia Mihail, PMP, has extensive experience in customer success and program management, currently serving as Global Program Manager at Veeam Software since June 2021. Prior to this role, Cornelia held various positions at Bitdefender, including Director of Customer Experience Programs for Enterprise, Channel Account Manager for EMEA & APAC, and Customer Service Team Manager from May 2006 to June 2021. Cornelia also worked at Eurobank as an American Express Customer Relations professional, managing key accounts and coaching new team members from June 2005 to May 2006. Beginning a career in banking, Cornelia was a Direct Sales Representative at QNB Finansbank from 2004 to 2005, consistently exceeding sales targets. Cornelia obtained a degree from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) between 2003 and 2008.
