Gaurav Rishi

Gaurav Rishi serves as the Vice President of Product & Cloud Native Partnerships at Kasten by Veeam since January 2021, specializing in backup, recovery, and data management solutions for diverse environments. Prior to this role, Gaurav was the Head of Product at Kasten, a leader in Kubernetes Data Protection and Application Mobility, from May 2019 until its acquisition by Veeam. Gaurav's extensive experience includes over a decade at Cisco, where responsibilities encompassed strategy and product management in cloud media processing and security, as well as leading business plan development in digital media. Gaurav has also contributed as an advisory board member at ClipMine and held key roles at Harmonic Inc, overseeing product marketing and software development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
