Jordan Mohr

Jordan Mohr has over a decade of experience in technical support and IT administration. Currently serving as Team Lead for Veeam Agents Support at Veeam Software since November 2017, Jordan previously held the position of Tier 1 Senior Technical Support Engineer. Prior experience includes the role of IT Administrator at Richard Carlton Consulting Inc. from August 2011 to November 2017, where responsibilities involved maintaining and troubleshooting LAN setups and configuring email clients and servers. An IT Internship at N. A. Water Systems in early 2011 provided foundational skills in supporting end users and computer maintenance. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Golden State Baptist College and a Certificate of Achievement in Cisco Certified Network Associate from Mission College.
