Olga Yigit

Olga Yigit (Shakhova) has extensive experience in customer success and hospitality management. Currently serving as Manager of Renewals & Customer Success for Benelux & Nordics at Veeam Software since October 2020, Olga has previously held roles such as Associate Manager and Customer Success Representative in the firm. Prior to Veeam, experience includes working at JW Marriott Austin in various front desk roles from January 2019 to January 2020 and as an Events Trainee at Derby Hotels Collection. A Management Trainee at Centara Hotels & Resorts, Olga focused on the operational aspects of the Rooms Division. Education includes studies at Les Roches from 2015 to 2018 and at St. Giles International in 2014.
