Shona Wilson

Shona Wilson is an experienced professional in employer branding and employee engagement, currently serving as the Global Employer Brand/Culture Director and Global LGBTQ+ ERG Chair at Veeam Software since August 2022. Prior to this, Shona held multiple senior roles at Ernst and Young from November 2014 to August 2022, including Global Head of Employer Brand Experience and Global Head of Communications for People and DEI. Additional experience includes the position of Director at CameronWilson Global Executive Ltd and managerial roles at Hudson and FPSG International. Shona holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & Management Sciences from the University of the West of Scotland, obtained between January 1992 and January 1996, following education at Ravenspark Academy.
