Emily McIlquham

Emily McIlquham is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Associate at Relay Ventures since September 2022, with additional roles as a Board Observer at Dark Slope and Veecle, both initiated in June 2024 and November 2023, respectively. Emily is also a Committee Member with Canadian Women in VC since February 2023. Previously, Emily held various positions at OverActive Media Group from October 2019 to September 2022, including Marketing Manager and Manager of Events, and worked at Enercare Inc. as a Customer Service Operations - Business Analyst. Emily's experience includes a Senior Intern Analyst role at CPP Investment Board in 2017 and a Broadcast Associate position at Bell Media in 2016. Earlier experience includes Customer Experience Consultant at Bell in 2015 and Race Coach at Royal Canadian Yacht Club in 2014. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and has undertaken studies at KEDGE Business School and Xavier University.
