Edward Yu

Edward Yu is the Field Service & Software Support Manager at Veeco Greater China. Prior to joining Veeco, Edward worked at KLA-Tencor for nearly a decade as a Senior Software / Factory Automation Engineer. Edward also briefly worked at TSMC as a Principal Engineer. Edward holds a Master's degree from National Tsing Hua University, specializing in Artificial Intelligence & Smart Manufacturing.
