Herber Genovez

Herber Genovez is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently working at Veeco since September 2021, specializing in advanced electronics. Prior to that, Herber served as an electronic technician at Tecnova Electronics and as an electronics instructor for the United States Department of the Navy and General Dynamics Information Technology, where responsibilities included curriculum development and troubleshooting electronic systems. With a solid background in the U.S. Navy as a Fire Controlman Aegis, Herber developed expertise in weapon systems and maintenance of complex electronics. Additionally, Herber held leadership roles, including Executive Director at LowTek Pro, and has various educational qualifications, including multiple bachelor's degrees in Electronics Systems Management and Electronics Systems and Technology from Southern Illinois University and an associate degree from Coastline College.
