Alberto Guarino

Alberto Guarino is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing software teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Group Engineering Manager at VEED.IO since February 2023, Alberto previously held positions such as Director of Engineering for the Native Apps Department at Speechify, Engineering Manager at Spotify, and Engineering Manager at Empatica, where contributions included leading the development of mobile applications and enhancing agile practices. As a public speaker, Alberto has shared expertise at several tech events and conferences. Alberto holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has also served as a teaching assistant and tutor during academic pursuits.
