Head of Product Growth at VEED

Daniil Pavliuchkov has a wealth of experience in product, growth, and leadership in startups. In 2014, they founded Mailburn, a mobile application in the App Store, and raised money from investors. In 2016, they were the Head of Product at ARGO Trade Solutions, where they created an internal web ERP system for finance, operations, and sales teams. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Chief Product Officer at VAI and Interim Director of Product at data4life (formerly Gesundheitscloud). At VAI, they were responsible for creating and implementing a product strategy based on the company business plan. At data4life, they straightened existing product processes and introduced new product approaches, coached product and tech teams on Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and improved tasks prioritization process and reduced team communication overhead. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Founder | Advisor & Coach | Product, Growth, Leadership in Startups at Product Universe. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder & Product Coach at Ahead of Product. Daniil also held roles at TIER Mobility, including Head of Product Growth, Head of Product - Monetisation, and Seinor Product Manager - Payments and Fraud. In 2022, they joined Starttech Ventures as an Advisor - Product & Growth, advising and hands-on coaching a portfolio of early-stage startups, and VEED.IO as the Head of Product Growth. Additionally, they are a Board Member - Product & Growth Strategy at ABRT, advising ABRT and its portfolio companies on product and growth strategies.

Daniil Pavliuchkov attended the Founder Institute in 2014 for IT Entrepreneurship. From 2005 to 2010, they attended the Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science. Daniil has also obtained two additional certifications from Reforge: Product Leadership in March 2022 and Advanced Growth Strategies for Digital Companies in October 2021.
