Head of People at Veeqo

Sian Field has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Sian began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Jaeger in September 2001 and worked there until July 2003. Sian then joined Coast Stores as a Store Manager from August 2003 to July 2005, after which they became an Area Supervisor until July 2006. Sian then moved to Long Tall Sally and held several positions including Area Manager from August 2006 to June 2008, Head of Retail from June 2008 to July 2011, European Retail Director from July 2011 to July 2013, Group Retail Director from August 2013 to June 2017, and Group Retail & HR Director from June 2017 to March 2019. In March 2019, they became the People Director at Long Tall Sally until December 2019. Sian then transitioned to Pure Electric as a People Director from January 2020 to August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at Veeqo, starting from December 2020.

Sian Field's education history begins in 1990 when they attended Clifton High School for Girls, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, in 1997, they enrolled at the University of Birmingham, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Hispanic Studies. Sian successfully completed their degree program in 2001.

In 2018, Sian Field decided to further their education in the field of HR. Sian attended Hult Ashridge, where they completed a course titled "HR Strategy and Impact". The duration of this course was one year. Concurrently, in the same year, they also pursued a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification at ICS Learn. Sian successfully completed the CIPD program in 2019, indicating their dedication to developing their HR expertise.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Sian Field is currently studying at Excellence Assured, where they are undertaking a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Coach program. This program began in 2020 and is ongoing, showing their commitment to personal growth and professional development in the field of NLP.
