Pierre BERTRAND

Pierre Bertrand has a background in computer vision and deep learning, with experience as a research intern at PROPHESEE in 2019. Pierre also worked as a data scientist at Veesion from October 2019 to November 2022 before transitioning to the role of Chief Technology Officer at the same company in October 2022. Prior to these roles, Pierre interned as an algorithmic trader at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking from July 2017 to August 2018, where they gained expertise in mathematics, machine learning, and computer science while working in the Automated Market Making team.

Pierre Bertrand began their education journey in 2012 at Lycée Victor Louis, where they pursued a Baccalauréat in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry until 2013. Pierre then attended Lycée Michel Montaigne in Bordeaux from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Science.

In 2015, Pierre joined ISAE-SUPAERO, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) in General Engineering with a specialization in Data Science and Applied Mathematics. This program lasted until 2019.

Additionally, in March 2017, Pierre obtained a certification in the TOEFL-IBT, scoring 103 out of 120. This certification was earned from The TOEFL® test institution.
