Alan Novak is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global customer support and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support at Veeva Systems since June 2023, Alan oversees support teams across North America, Europe, and Asia for Veeva products. Previously, as Vice President at Olive from August 2021 to May 2023, Alan led the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for support and engineering maintenance. Alan's tenure at Cerner Corporation from February 2007 to August 2021 included roles as Vice President of Global Support Services, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a large international team, and as Senior Director and Director, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
