Natalie Townsend

Natalie Townsend is currently serving as the VP of Strategy for Veeva Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) at Veeva Systems, a position held since April 2020. In this role, Natalie oversees the global RTSM strategy and is actively engaged in hiring for various RTSM roles. Prior to Veeva, Natalie was a Digital Advisor at IQVIA, where guidance was provided to the life science industry on technology utilization, and Natalie led a virtual team of sales engineers. Experience also includes roles at Medidata Solutions as a Solution Consultant, where value-driven product demonstrations were conducted, and at PAREXEL as an Associate Director/Principal and in various other positions focused on client technology and customer care services. Initial experience began at ClinPhone as a Customer Support Specialist and Team Leader. Educational background includes studies at The Open University.
