Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in biostatistics, education, and coaching. Currently serving as Team Lead in RTSM Biostatistics at Veeva Systems, Richard focuses on establishing a biostatistical function for internal and client needs. With a longstanding involvement in education, Richard functions as a D of E Leader for Nottinghamshire County Council, training young people in skills for the Duke of Edinburgh's award. Richard's coaching expertise spans decades at Nova Centurion Swimming Club, while previous roles include Project Manager at endpoint Clinical and Senior Solutions Designer at PAREXEL, where Richard contributed significantly to the design and implementation of IRT systems. Richard's early career included pricing and logistics roles at Boots Pharmaceuticals/Knoll/BASF and teaching mathematics and science.
