Gary Stevenson

Gary is a 30-year veteran of HR and Operations, starting his career in recruiting and moving into operations and sales training before more recently handling business processes and finance. Before moving to this Global role, he was running HR, Finance, and Operations for the Japan business, helping to find and onboard the key talent needed to double the business size over the last five years. Before working at Vega, he had experience running more minor HR consulting and Recruiting companies and ran sales operations and training for a major IT company in Japan.

In his current role, Gary is responsible for constantly improving how they operate the business globally and creating a great working experience for everyone in Vega Global in terms of culture and how they work and collaborate.
