Mia Popovic

Mia (Knezevic) Popovic is an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist currently working at Vega IT since April 2021, focusing on full-cycle recruitment in global markets, particularly in the EMEA region. Previously, Mia held various recruitment roles at Essence of Email, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates creatively via social media, and managing the interview process. Earlier experiences include positions as a Human Resources Assistant at ELA Internship Abroad and internships at ManpowerGroup and Pegasus Centar za razvoj ljudskih potencijala, where involvement included recruitment, content creation for marketing, and employee training. Mia holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Novi Sad and completed an Erasmus + mobility program in Human Resources Counseling at the University of Pécs.
