The leadership team at Vega IT has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields of study. Members of the team have worked as software developers, consultants, managers, and trainers. They have also been involved with various organizations such as the Srpska asocijacija menadžera, IT Serbia, and the Zrenjanin ICT cluster. The team's education histories are just as varied, with degrees in computer science, economics, psychology, and electrical engineering.
