Ivana Kappenmann

Ivana Kappenmann serves as Partner and CFO at Vega IT since September 2022, leading financial operations in a software development firm servicing clients in various European countries. Previously, Kappenmann held the position of CFO at Tehnomanija and was Executive Director of Finance & Controlling at NLB Banka Beograd, where responsibilities included financial oversight, reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Additionally, Kappenmann founded and served as CEO of Fintelligence, providing consulting services focused on corporate finance and performance. Early career experience includes roles at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, Soreon AG, and SiemesDematic AG, complemented by an Executive MBA from The University of Sheffield and a Master's degree from the University of Konstanz.
