Shikha Maurya is a marketing professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and apparel merchandising. Currently serving as Deputy Ecommerce Marketing Manager at VEGA since August 2023, Shikha previously held the position of Digital Strategist at Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd from November 2021 to July 2023 and Assistant Manager E-commerce at Beauty Concepts Pvt Ltd from December 2019 to December 2021, specializing in fragrance marketing and handling marketing activities for international beauty brands. Shikha's early career included roles in apparel merchandising, where responsibilities encompassed production management and product development for notable brands such as Marks & Spencer and Luxire. Shikha holds an MBA in Marketing Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a degree in Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India.
