Michele Kakon

Michele Kakon has a long history of professional experience. Michele is currently the Marketing and Community Manager at VeganNation, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they were the General Counsel at Sestini Mercantil from 2014-2021 and the Sr. Legal Counsel at Hope Lingerie from 2016-2014. From 2014-2016, they were the Coordenadora Juridica at Silveira, Athias, Soriano de Mello, Guimaraes, Pinheiro e Scaff Advogados Associados. From 2000-2016, they were the Advogada Senior at Leduar Advocacia, where they were responsible for the antitrust litigation of petroleum distributors. From 1998-2000, they were an Advogada Associada at Palazzi Advogados, where they provided corporate legal advice and strategy. Finally, from 1997-1998, they were an Advogada Junior at Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados, where they managed corporate litigation cases.

Michele Kakon earned a bacharel em direito from Universidade Federal do Pará between 1992 and 1996. Michele then went on to earn a Master's degree in Direito from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo between 1997 and 2002.
