Priss Ann Agpawa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Priss Ann started their career at West Contact Services in 2004 as a Technical Support Representative/Saves. In 2006, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Advance Contact Solutions for a short period of time.
Later, Agpawa joined Dell in 2007 and held two roles during their tenure. Priss Ann first served as a Transaction Quality Assurance Sr. Associate, where they resolved complex technical issues and recommended changes to policies and procedures. Priss Ann then became a Transaction Quality Assurance Team Lead, responsible for maximizing team performance and improving efficiency, quality, and service. Agpawa left Dell in 2017.
Following their time at Dell, Agpawa joined NTT DATA Services as a BPO Supervisor in 2017, where they supervised the operations of a business process outsourcing team.
Most recently, Agpawa has been working at Vegetable + Butcher. Priss Ann initially held the position of Customer Experience Operations Manager from November 2020 to February 2023. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Experience, leading the strategic direction and overall management of customer experience initiatives.
From 1999 to 2004, Priss Ann Agpawa attended Bulacan State University. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
