Dustin Sears has over 20 years of professional experience in sales and management. Dustin began their career as a Black Belt/Assistant Instructor at Tang Soo Do Karate Academy in 1998. In 2011, they became a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo. In 2014, they moved to Paychex as an Outside Sales Representative. In 2016, they joined Fleetmatics- A Verizon Company as an Enterprise Sales Representative. In 2018, they joined IntelliShift - a division of VTS as a Senior Sales Executive and Business Development Team Lead. In 2020, they moved to Spireon as a Manager of Strategic Partnerships. In 2021, they joined GPX Intelligence as the Director of Sales, where they developed and scaled the company’s strategic shift to a B2B target market, grew B2B sales by 86%, and improved conversion rate of inbound leads to opportunity (SQL) from 24% quarterly to 84%. Currently, they are the VP of Sales Development at IntelliShift and the Director of Sales at Ceros.

Dustin Sears attended Nash Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In June 2022, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: B2B Marketing Foundations and Marketing Foundations: The Marketing Funnel.
