Larry White has over 20 years of work experience in customer service and customer success roles. Larry began their career in 1997 as a Planner at UniGroup, Inc., where they were responsible for organizing and planning customer pickups and deliveries. Larry then moved to a Communication Network Specialist role at UniGroup, Inc. in the same year. In 1999, they took on the role of Communication Network Specialist at UniGroup, Inc., where they were responsible for the design, system security, cost effectiveness, and customer support of UniGroup's network and mobile communication system. In 2003, they moved to Qualcomm as a Field Customer Support Specialist/Account Manager, where they were responsible for integrating new customers into the QUALCOMM solution, customer retention and loyalty and the main point of contact for 10+ customers throughout the Midwest. From 2007 to 2019, they worked at DriverTech in various roles, including Experienced Field Customer Support/Account Mgr./Transportation Professional, Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, and Director of Customer Success. In 2015, they moved to SmartDrive Systems as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Netradyne as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Director at IntelliShift.
Larry White attended Eureka High School from 1986 to 1989, followed by Missouri State University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising, as well as a BS in Marketing/Advertising.
