Dorien Waanders

Dorien Waanders is a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in nursing with extensive experience in emergency and pre-hospital care. Currently serving as a Verpleegkundige at Veilig Thuis Twente since January 2025, Dorien provides medical advice and assessments regarding domestic violence, child abuse, and elder abuse under the supervision of a trusted physician. Previously, Dorien held the position of Ambulanceverpleegkundige with Ambulance Oost from May 2018 to January 2025 and worked as a Spoedeisende hulp verpleegkundige at Medisch Spectrum Twente for over a decade.
