Marinka Klaassen

Marinka Klaassen has extensive experience in the field of communication, currently serving as a Senior Communicatieadviseur for the Programma Maatwerk en regie at Gemeente Den Haag since January 2024. Prior to this, Marinka held the position of Head of Task Organization Communication at Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden and served in various capacities at Gemeente Zoetermeer, including Senior Communicatieadviseur and Communicatieadviseur. Marinka also worked as a Project Leader for the new regional crisis communication plan at Bureau gemeentelijke Crisisbeheersing and has held positions in communication and social security research in past roles. Marinka's educational background includes a degree in Public Administration from the University of Twente and various certifications in government communication and crisis management.
