Phoebe van der Kruit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Directeur Bedrijfsvoering at Veiligheidsregio Hollands Midden since February 2024, Phoebe previously held various managerial roles within de Rechtspraak from February 2015 to February 2024, focusing on business operations, strategic service development, and professionalization efforts. Earlier roles included managing business operations during interim periods and founding a governance bureau, showcasing a strong ability to navigate complex environments, including crisis management. Phoebe has also contributed to community projects in Curaçao and served in fiscal management at PwC while being involved in student governance at Leiden University, where a degree in Tax Law was obtained.
