Wouter Grotentraast

Wouter Grotentraast has extensive experience in both emergency services and functional management within healthcare and finance sectors. Currently serving as Bevelvoerder and Manschap A at Veiligheidsregio IJsselland since August 2016, Wouter has also held the position of Functioneel Beheerder at Deventer Ziekenhuis since June 2020, managing the EPD/HIX system and translating care requirements into practical solutions. Prior to this, Wouter coordinated functional management at Countus accountants + adviseurs from December 2008 to May 2020, overseeing the information provision and process optimization projects. Earlier roles included business analysis at Care Schadeservice, focusing on financial reporting and debitors/creditors management. Wouter holds a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurskunde from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and has furthered education through various training programs, including Capgemini and BOGO brandweeropleidingen.
