Robbert Heinecke

Robbert Heinecke has extensive experience in emergency management and digital innovation, currently serving as Program Manager for Digital Innovation & Development at Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond since October 1999. In this role, Robbert focuses on developing innovative applications for incident response and managing various project work packages. Previous positions include Tactical & Intelligence Officer, Incident Commander, and Geographic Information Officer, where responsibilities encompassed leadership during complex incidents, information sharing with stakeholders, and spatial data analysis. Additionally, Robbert has held management roles in innovation and development at Gezamenlijke Brandweer and the Multi Intelligence Center, contributing to technology implementation and crisis decision-making support. Robbert is also recognized for work as National Coordinator for Team Digitale Exploration at the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid. Formal education includes multiple programs from the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid and NCOI University of Applied Sciences.
